This is a simple word/music video titled "The Lock and Key". Recorded in the mid 1990s by a group of dedicated, prayed up, Jesus followers that went by the name HDD4HVN. It included Tom Hemmingway on lead vocals, Duane Finger on rhythm guitar, and Ervin Hagler on lead and rhythm guitars. The guitar tracks were recorded live in split stereo for maximum feel and tonal effect. F.Y.I. If you like a real powerful guitar track you may want to lean on the loud button just a bit and start making a joyful noise unto The Lord maybe for the first time in your life.

This song is dedicated in loving memory to Duane Roland Finger who is now reaping the promise and gift of salvation from the second death by grace, through faith in The Lord Jesus Christ alone. My hope and prayer for you is that you would put your faith into Jesus Christ like you would put a key into a lock. Turn to Him and believe for He will set you free..................indeed.

We all have pasts. We all know brokenness in some form or fashion. For all of the many reasons we need a savior, there is only one. His name is Jesus... and he has transformed me from what I have done to what I have overcome.

With parched throats and empty cups we come forward. We cry out for rain to heal our lands. We cry out for His mercy to pour down upon us so that we will thirst no more. Pray for rain!

We can't live without it, and yet on its own remains only water. It nourishes our bodies and relieves dry, parched throats. In the hands of our Master, Jesus, it was even changed to wine. It was only water, but it was the first act of the greatest ministry the world has ever known. Only water? Make that decision for yourself.

This world is not our home and so naturally we will long for something more. We long for our true home, prepared by the One who gave it all for us. so that we could be with Him forever. I long for home, now more than ever.
